3D printing

Take a reviewed design to a physical print.

Start with text, a photo, or a sketch. Create the CAD design, refine it in chat, review the dimensions, then download a file or request a print quote in one workflow. Physical printing is a separate purchase from your design subscription.

Printing: PLA or PETG. Every side must be under 220 mm (22 cm). File downloads: STL for printing and STEP for CAD, as listed on your model.

Review the final size

Confirm width, depth, and height in millimetres. For automated printing, each must be under 220 mm, including tabs and protrusions. Check small features and the surfaces that connect to other parts before requesting a quote.

Check eligibility for printing

Review the geometry checks, material, and size limit for PLA or PETG printing. Some designs need a revision or manufacturing review before they can be quoted or ordered. Passing geometry checks does not certify strength, fit, or performance in use.

Price and US shipping

Standard PLA or PETG prints start at $20 per part with US shipping included, or $18 after the 10% Plus or Ultra discount. The confirmed quote may be higher. Physical prints are billed separately from your CAD plan. Material, geometry, size, and quantity affect the quote. Review the confirmed price, discount, shipping details, and any applicable tax in checkout.

Turnaround and shipping

Luphra's standard print checkout accepts United States shipping addresses. Slant 3D handles production and fulfillment for supported PLA and PETG orders through its US print farms. Production time and carrier transit are separate stages. We do not currently publish a fixed end-to-end delivery window. Check your order status and tracking when available, or contact Luphra before ordering for a deadline.

What affects a manufacturing quote?

Material, geometry, size, quantity, and destination affect manufacturing and shipping costs. The standard offer includes US shipping and has a minimum per-part price; the confirmed manufacturing quote can raise that price. A part needs a confirmed price before it can enter checkout. If fulfillment cannot proceed, contact support from your order. Confirm the final checkout total before paying.

Have it made or download the file

Luphra uses manufacturing partners for production and fulfillment, including Slant 3D for supported prints. You can also download the available STL or STEP files and arrange manufacturing yourself. The order flow shows the available options for your design.

An example starting prompt

Make a small organizer for my workbench. I want to review the model and dimensions first, then see whether I can order a plastic print or download the STL.

Adapt these details to your part. This is an example request, not a verified manufacturing result.

Questions before you start

How does this compare with an upload-and-quote service?
An upload-and-quote service starts with a manufacturing file you already have. Luphra brings the earlier design steps into the same workflow: describe or show the part, generate CAD, refine it, review dimensions and manufacturing checks, then download the files or request a print quote. You can take the available STL or STEP files to your own manufacturer at any point after generation.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
Standard Luphra print orders ship to United States addresses through Slant 3D. Production and transit times depend on the accepted order and destination. There is no fixed delivery guarantee; follow the order status and available tracking, and contact Luphra before ordering for a deadline.
What does a standard print cost?
Standard PLA or PETG prints start at $20 per part with US shipping included, or $18 after the Plus or Ultra discount. The confirmed quote may be higher. Design subscriptions and print orders are billed separately. Review the checkout total, including any applicable tax, before payment.
Does my subscription include physical printing?
No. Design subscriptions and physical print orders are billed separately. Review the price for your specific print before checkout.
Can every generated design be printed?
No. Geometry, dimensions, material, and manufacturing constraints determine eligibility. A model may need revision or be rejected for printing.
Can I print the part myself?
Yes. Download an available STL and prepare it for your printer. Review dimensions, material choice, and print settings before production.
