Terms of Service

Luphra helps you turn prompts and reference images into editable product designs, prepare them for manufacturing, and order physical products. Features may change as we continue building the product. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information when we need it for orders or support, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 16).

You keep ownership of the prompts, uploads, and designs you create. You grant Luphra a limited license to host, process, convert, and transmit that content solely to operate the service—for example generating models, preparing manufacturing files, and fulfilling orders you approve.

You are responsible for making sure your prompts, uploads, and requested products do not infringe others' rights or violate applicable law. Do not submit content you are not allowed to use.

Quotes and estimates are informational until you approve and pay for an order. Final pricing can depend on size, material, complexity, and delivery. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you place a paid order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method and to share the manufacturing files and shipping details needed to produce and deliver the product.

Physical manufacturing is irreversible once production starts. Refund and cancellation options depend on order status and are handled through our support channel when available.

• Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass authentication, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use Luphra to create or order products that are illegal, unsafe, or intended to harm people.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service beyond normal product use.

Luphra relies on providers for authentication, storage, AI generation, payments, and manufacturing. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to the parts of the flow they power. We are not responsible for outages or actions outside our control at those providers, but we work to keep the end-to-end experience reliable.

Luphra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while the product is under active development. Generated designs may need your review before manufacturing. We do not guarantee that every prompt will produce a manufacturable or commercially useful result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luphra and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the order or credits giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the product or by email when practical.
