Privacy Policy

Account. You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We never see your Google password.

Content you create. Your prompts, chat conversations, uploaded reference images, and the designs and 3D models generated from them are stored so you can return to your projects.

Orders. When you order a physical product we collect your shipping address, the contents of your order, and order status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.

Technical data. Like most services, we keep server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep Luphra secure and reliable.

• To provide the service: interpreting your prompts, generating designs, preparing them for manufacturing, and producing and shipping your orders.
• To process payments and send order updates.
• To respond to support requests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated designs to train AI models without your explicit permission, and we do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Luphra, and only what each one needs:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage. Your data is stored in the European Union.
• Google — sign-in.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• AI generation providers — your prompts and reference images are sent to the providers that generate concept images and 3D models.
• Manufacturing partners — when you place an order, the product model and your shipping details are shared so the product can be printed and delivered.

Your projects and account data are kept for as long as your account is active. Deleting a chat removes it from your workspace. Order records are retained as required for accounting and warranty purposes. To delete your account and associated data, email us and we will handle it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Your uploads and generated models live in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived signed links. Access to your projects is verified on the server for every request. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we design for privacy by default.

Luphra is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

When we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will notify you in the product or by email.
